Documentation Requirements
- Obtain FSIS Form 9060-5, Export Certificate of Wholesomeness and FSIS Form 9235-1, bilingual Certificate for Wholesomeness. Both FSIS Forms 9060-5 and 9235-1 must be signed by an FSIS veterinarian (name and degree must be typed or printed after the signature).*
Other Requirements
- Importers must obtain an import permit.
Plants Eligible to Export
All Federally inspected establishments are eligible to export to Montenegro.
