Food Safety Regulatory Essentials
This training is based on FSIS Directive 5000.1, Revision 3, Verifying an Establishment's Food Safety System. This course has been integrated with the Inspection Methods course.

Slaughter Inspection Training
The subjects covered include new employee orientation, regulatory environment, ante- and postmortem inspection, professionalism, food security overview, HACCP overview, and other topics needed by the on-line inspector.
