Electronic Working Groups (eWGs)
Committee on Processed Fruits and Vegetables (CCPFV)
Canned Pineapples: Codex Committee on Processed Fruits and Vegetables (CPFV) invites Members and Observers to join the eWG, chaired by Thailand and co-chaired by the European Union, working in English only, to revise the Annex on Canned Pineapples. Members and Observers who wish to participate should submit their interest no later than April 30, 2015, to their Codex contact points, who will then contact the Codex Contact Point of Thailand (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Codex Committee on Methods and Analysis and Sampling (CCMAS)
Update and Review of the Endorsed Methods of Analysis: Codex Committee on Methods and Analysis and Sampling (CCMAS) invites Members and Observers to join an eWG, chaired by Brazil and co-chaired by Japan, working in English only, to continue the work on updating and reviewing the endorsed methods of analysis used in Codex standards. Members and observers who wish to participate should provide their contact information to their Codex Contact Points, who will then contact email@example.com with a copy to the codex contact point of Japan, firstname.lastname@example.org. Then deadline to join is until May 30, 2015.
Codex Committee on Fresh Fruits and Vegetables (CCFFV)
Fresh Fruits and Vegetables Standard Layout: Codex Committee on Fresh Fruits and Vegetables (CCFFV)‘s electronic Working Group (e-WG), which is led by the United States of America and co-chaired by Germany, is soliciting comments from electronic working group participants on their discussion paper which examines proposed changes to the Codex for Fresh Fruits and Vegetables Standard Layout (REP 14/FFV paras 63 – 69) and compares UNECE and CODEX FFV standard layouts. Comments from electronic working group members are due to eWG Chairs on May 30, 2015. Please contact your Codex Contact Point if you need further information.
