Meeting & Events
For the past 15 years, the FSIS has sponsored an inspection seminar for international government officials to familiarize them with U.S. inspection regulations and procedures used by USDA to assure that the nation's meat, poultry and egg products are safe, wholesome and properly labeled. FSIS is pleased to announce three Meat and Poultry Inspection Seminars. The seminars will cover issues from farm to table, including HACCP and Pathogen Reduction, animal production, import and export procedures, and the roles of FDA, State, and local inspection agencies. These seminars will be held at three separate locations.
