Speaker Biographies

Virginia Webb

Virginia Webb received her Bachelor's degree in Dietetics/Institution Management from Louisiana Tech University and Master's degree in Food Service Management from Colorado State University. She has recently completed course work toward a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership at The University of Mississippi.

Her work experience includes over 18 years in institutional food service management. During her employment at the National Food Service Management Institute, Virginia has worked with the customer service help desk, information services, on-site technical assistance, and has provided educational sessions on topics ranging from culinary techniques to safety and sanitation. Virginia's professional affiliations include the American School Food Service Association (certified Director, Level 3) and the American Dietetic Association (Registered Dietitian). She has served in various leadership roles in professional organizations on the local, state, and national level.
