Dear Establishment Owner/Operator:
We hope that you have been taking advantage of the HACCP Self-Study Guides that have been delivered to you. As you know from working with the material you have been asked to contact HACCPWorks with your written material and questions. As of November 30, 1999 we will be using a new group to assist you. Pennsylvania State University will now provide support. Please send your completed question sheets and HACCP forms to the address listed below as of December 1, 1999. The hours of phone operation will be from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday and noon until 7 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. We want to be sure that you have the opportunity to utilize the guidance provided through this outreach effort and will continue to provide this opportunity through March 15, 2000.
