Standards for Foods for Special Dietary Uses which have been adopted by the Codex Alimentarius Commission are
located in Volume 4 of the Codex Alimentarius, Foods for Special Dietary Uses.
The 31st Session of CCNSFDU will be held November 2-6, 2009, in Germany.
The Committee will continue work on:
- Methods of Analysis for Dietary Fibre
- Proposed Draft Additional or Revised Nutrient Reference Values (NRVs) for Vitamins and Minerals
- Proposal for New Work to Amend the Codex General Principles for the Addition of Essential Nutrients to Foods
- Proposal for New Work to Establish a Standard for Processed Cereal-based Foods for Underweight Infants and Young Children
- Proposal to Revise the Codex Guidelines on Formulated Supplementary Foods for Older Infants and Young Children
- Nutrient Reference Values (NRVs) for Nutrients Associated with Risk of Non-Communicable Disease
