The Office of Management (OM) provides a full range of administrative and support services to FSIS.

Administrative Services Division
The Administrative Services Division provides support to employees in the areas of property and space management; physical security; information management; environmental health and safety; procurement; and printing.

Office of the Chief Human Resources Officer (OCHRO)
Provides staff leadership for human capital planning for the Agency. The OCHRO leads the development of programs, policies and systems that align the Agency's human resources with its mission, strategic plan, performance plans, training plan, civil rights strategy, recruitment, and budget.

Office of the Chief Financial Officer
A Chief Financial Officer (CFO) has responsibility for budget and financial management in FSIS. The CFO leads development of policies and financial reporting systems to support FSIS' public health objectives. Reporting to the CFO are the Budget Division and Financial Management Division.

Civil Rights Division (CRD)
The Civil Rights Division provides advice, guidance and assistance on the implementation, management and compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity programs. CRD works to ensure fair and equal treatment to internal and external customers.
