Documentation Requirements*
- The following statements must be typed on FSIS Form PY-200 or provided on an FSIS
Letterhead Certificate:
- No case of highly pathogenic avian influenza or velogenic viscerotropic Newcastle disease has occurred within a
10 kilometer radius of any of the commercial laying establishments supplying eggs to the processing plant(s) within
the preceding 2 months.
- The commercial laying establishments supplying eggs to the processing plant(s) are free of highly pathogenic avian
influenza and velogenic viscerotropic Newcastle disease.
- The product covered by this certificate was produced from shell eggs of American origin only.
- During processing, the product was pasteurised at a minimum temperature of 140°F (60.5°C) for a minimum of 3.5 minutes
holding time.
- Certification statement for all countries found on the Export Requirements
for Egg Products web page in the Export Library is not required for egg products to New Zealand.
