Status of Document Review(s):
- On March 10, 2011, FSIS sent an initial equivalence package to the country.
- On May 18, 2011, FSIS received Guatemala's response for review.
FSIS Follow-up to Country:
- Currently, FSIS is working with Guatemala to complete their initial equivalence request
for meat products.
