Eligible products exported to these countries must be produced under an approved USDA Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) Export Verification (EV)
Program and be identified as meeting the requirements of the applicable EV Program. Information about the USDA AMS EV Program and a list
of approved establishments can be obtained from AMS' Website. AMS maintains various EV programs that are designed to address the specified product
requirements for individual countries.
Under an EV program, only certain product and/or product codes are allowed for export. The unique product identification
system can be accessed by authorized FSIS inspection personnel from
FSIS' Intranet site.
