- Egg products originating from the State of Arkansas processed on or after January 1, 2010 are eligible.
Egg products originating from the State of Arkansas between June 9, 2008 and December 31, 2009 are ineligible.*
- Egg products derived from eggs originating from the State of Kentucky
that were laid on or after
March 15, 2009.
Documentation Requirements
- See required documentation for all countries found in the
Export Requirements for Egg Products document found elsewhere in the Export
Library.
- The following statements must be typed on FSIS Form PY-200 or provided on an
FSIS letterhead
certificate:
- The product was derived from poultry
which originated from a zone free of
notifiable avian influenza and Newcastle
disease as defined by the World Organization
for Animal Health (OIE). / El producto se
origina de aves procedentes de una zona libre
de influenza aviar notificable y enfermedad de
Newcastle que cumple con los criterios de la
Organización Mundial de Sanidad Animal (OIE).
- The egg products were derived from
federally certified processing facilities
operating under the permanent inspection of
the Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS)

federal y operan bajo la inspección
permanente del Food Safety and Inspection
Service (FSIS).
- The United States meets the World
Organization for Animal Health (OIE) standards
for avian influenza surveillance, and the
poultry farms have demonstrated the absence of
infection with notifiable avian influenza
through a verifiable system of serological
surveillance. / Estados Unidos cumple con los
estándares de la OIE sobre vigilancia de
influenza aviar y las granjas avícolas han
demostrado la ausencia de infección de
influenza aviar notificable con un sistema
verificable de vigilancia serológica.
- The means of transport, handling, and
loading conditions of the products comply with
the hygiene requirements of the United States
including the necessary precautions to avoid
product contamination with velogenic Newcastle
disease and avian influenza viruses. / Los

los productos cumplen con los requerimientos
de higiene de EE.UU., incluyendo las
precauciones necesarias para evitar la

- The product has been packed and labeled with
the official establishment number of the plant
where the product was processed and officially
inspected. / El producto ha sido empacado y

- The product is pasteurized or heat treated
according to USDA regulations, sufficient to
inactivate the viruses of avian influenza
and Newcastle disease. / El producto es

acuerdo con las regulaciones de USDA
suficiente para inactivar los virus de
influenza aviar y Newcastle.
- Microbiological tests on representative
samples were conducted with negative results
for Salmonella. / Pruebas microbiológicas del
producto fueron realizados en una muestra
representativa con resultados negativos para
Salmonella.
- The product is used without restriction in
the USA and does not constitute risk to
human and animal health. / El producto se usa
sin restricción en Estados Unidos y no
constituye riesgo para la salud humana y
animal.
Plants Eligible to Export
All Federally inspected egg processing plants are eligible to export to Colombia.
