Codex Committee on Cocoa Products and Chocolate

The Codex Committee on Cocoa Products and Chocolate is responsible for elaborating world-wide standards for cocoa products. The Committee has completed its work and adjourned sine die.

Cocoa Product and Chocolate standards adopted by the Codex Alimentarius Commission are located in Volume 11 of the Codex Alimentarius, Sugars, Cocoa Products and Chocolate, and Miscellaneous Products.
