- Effective with products produced on or after July 9, 2008, Azerbaijan has placed a
temporary ban on the import of poultry meat including heat-treated products from the entire
State of Arkansas and adjacent territories within a radius of 400 km (249 miles) from
Arkansas borders.
- All restrictions on pork and pork products are removed effective with production dates on
or after August 25, 2009.*
Documentation Requirements
- Obtain FSIS Form 9060-5, "Meat and Poultry Export Certificate of
Wholesomeness" and FSIS Form 9480-1, "Veterinary Certificate for Poultry
Meat, Egg, Feathers Exported to the Republic of Azerbaijan."
Plants Eligible to Export
All Federally inspected establishments are eligible to export to Azerbaijan.
