Documentation Requirements
- Obtain FSIS Form PY-200 with additional certification as necessary as indicated on the
Export Requirements for Egg Products page.
- The following statement must be provided on a FSIS
Letterhead Certificate:*
- "The (Processing Plant and Number) has current approval by USDA for production
of egg products."
- "The product has been heated to a minimum core temperature of not less than
70°C for 120 minutes."
