Codex Committee on Food Hygiene

General principles, codes, and guidelines for hygiene adopted by the Codex Alimentarius Commission are located in Volume 1B of the Codex Alimentarius, General Requirements (Food Hygiene).

The next session of the Codex Committee on Food Hygiene will take place December 1-6, 2008 in Guatemala City, Guatemala.

The Committee continues to work on:
