Speaker Biographies

Tom Kornbluh

Tom Kornbluh is a management consultant with over 15 years experience in organization and management development. Tom has provided strategic planning, leadership team alignment and change management to large consulting firms, hospitals, engineering and manufacturing firms, as well as many government agencies. Tom is a Director of the Organization Development program at Georgetown University and is a member of the faculty. He is also faculty for the Graduate School, USDA, Center for Applied Management. He has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters Degree in Organization Development.
