Correction

    In proposed rule document 05-14296 beginning on page 41635 in the 
issue of July 20, 2005, make the following correction:
    On page 41638, in Table 5, in the second column, in the entry 
second from the bottom, the Travel and Operating Costs figure should 
read, ``8.28.''
