State Cooperative Agreements
These projects are intended to develop state-level animal production food safety partnerships.  Utilizing cooperative agreement authority, FSIS entered into agreements with State Departments of Agriculture and/or state animal health agencies to foster implementation of HACCP-compatible animal production food safety practices by producers, especially small producers, in their respective states.
