Product(s) Recalled:	''Wisconsin Premier FRESH GROUND BEEF PATTIES,'' in 1.5-pound retail packages of six-four ounce patties each and ''GROUND BEEF'' and ''GROUND BEEF PATTIES'' in 10 to 40-pound boxes.
Production Dates/Identifying Codes:	Packed on October 25, 2000. The 1.5-pound packages bear the establishment number ''Est. 1267'' inside the USDA mark of inspection and the 10 to 40-pound boxes of ''GROUND BEEF'' and ''GROUND BEEF PATTIES'' are marked with a date code of ''10 25 00'' and bear the establishment number ''Est. 1267'' inside the USDA mark of inspection. All recalled products are packed by Badgerland Meat & Provisions.
Problem/Reason for Recall:	The products may be contaminated with Escherichia coli O157:H7.
How/When Discovered:	A sample, collected by the FSIS inspector at the establishment on October 25, 2000, returned a positive result for Escherichia coli O157:H7 on October 30, 2000.
