Product(s) Recalled:  ''Simmons'' brand frozen ''Breaded Chicken Breast Tenders'' in 40-ounce (2.5-pound) packages.
Production Dates/Identifying Codes: The product was produced between April 7 and October 25, 2000. The first four digits of the code, printed on the side of each package, are between 0098 and 0299, inclusive. Also, ''P-20287'' appears in the USDA inspection legend on the front of the package.
Problem/Reason for Recall: Misbranding.
How/When Discovered: The recall is in response to the discovery, by the Food Safety and Inspection Service inspector at the establishment, that non-fat dry milk (a class II allergen) was included in the product and was not declared in the ingredient statement on the product label.
