Product(s) Recalled:	92% and 96% Lean Ground Beef and Ground Round
Production Dates/Identifying Codes:	The ground beef was produced on September 14, 2000. The recalled ground beef products are: Boxes of ''LAURA'S LEAN BEEF'' with a label that bears ''96/LEAN'' with the case code ''00200.'' The box contains six 8-pound packages, labeled ''96LLB GROUND ROUND'' Boxes of ''LAURA'S LEAN BEEF'' with a label that bears ''92/LEAN'' with the case code ''00100.'' The box contains six 10-pound packages labeled ''92/8LLB GROUND BEEF.'' Each box is labeled with the establishment number ''EST.4215'' which is located inside the USDA mark of inspection. Each box and individual package has a ''SELL BY'' date of Sept. 29.
Problem/Reason for Recall:	Possible Escherichia coli O157: H7 contamination.
How/When Discovered:	An FSIS traceback microbiological sample reported positive for E. coli O157: H7 on October 17, 2000.
