Production Dates/Identifying Codes: Produced on August 10, 2000. The containers bear the code ''USE BEFORE'' ''8 31'' on the label. ''P-8429'' appears in the USDA inspection legend on the labels.
Problem/Reason for Recall: Possible contamination by Salmonella.
How/When Discovered: Routine microgiological sampling by FSIS personnel on August 10, 2000 was reported positive for Salmonella on August 19, 2000 by FSIS laboratory.
