Production Dates/Identifying Codes: Each box has a sticker on the label with the numbers "09.08.99" and "09.08.00" on it. "Establishment 108" and "Product of Israel" also appear on the label.
Problem/Reason for Recall: Salmonella contamination.
How/When Discovered: A sample collected by FSIS inspection personnel on November 10, 1999, returned a positive result for Salmonella on November 26, 1999.
