Production Dates/Identifying Codes: All recalled products were produced on September 28, 1999. The packages and chubs bear Establishment 6250 in the mark of inspection and the "Sell By" date of "10-5" (representing October 05, 1999).
Problem/Reason for Recall: The product may be contaminated with E. coli O157: H7
How/When Discovered: FSIS samples collected on October 01, 1999, were reported positive for E. coli O157: H7 on October 6, 1999.
