Product(s) Recalled:	''CURTIS'' FRANKS (made with pork and beef), packed in 12-ounce packages and ''BEEF MASTER'' brand Beef Franks in 1-pound packages.
Production Dates/Identifying Codes:	Both products were packed on May 4, 2000 have a ''Sell By'' date of ''JUL03'' printed on the label. In addition, the number 2642 appears in the USDA mark of inspection.
Problem/Reason for Recall:	Possible Listeria monocytogenes contamination.
How/When Discovered:	A sample, collected by Georgia Department of Agriculture personnel from a retail market on May 22, 2000, returned positive results for Listeria monocytogenes on May 28, 2000. Georgia Department of Agriculture authorities notified FSIS of the lab results on May 28, 2000 and FSIS notified the firm immediately.
