Production Dates/Identifying Codes: Packed on May 16, 2000. All packages bear a Sell By Date of 7/16/00, also the number 10216 appears in the USDA mark of inspection.
Problem/Reason for Recall: The product may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes.
How/When Discovered: A sample collected by FSIS/OFO personnel on May 16, 2000, returned a positive result for Listeria monocytogenes on May 24, 2000.
