Example: Codes 0302089 and 1002089 both represent the production date February 8, 1999.
Problem/Reason for Recall: Misbranding, contains undeclared egg whites.
How/When Discovered: FDA investigators determined that a supplier of ingredients to this firm failed to declare the egg whites present in the egg roll shells shipped to the firm.
