Production Dates/Identifying Codes: All packages are identified with the Julian date 41 on the back of the package (corresponding to February 10, 1999, packaging date).
Problem/Reason for Recall: The product may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes
How/When Discovered: FSIS monitoring sample was found positive for L. monocytogenes on February 17, 1999.
