Product(s) Recalled:	Z-Bird brand Cooked Chicken Breast Fritters, packed in 18-pound boxes of 144/2.0-ounce portions of chicken fritter together with an equal number of buns.
Production Dates/Identifying Codes:	Produced on August 21, 1999, and February 18, 2000. The boxes bear the product code number ''63014'' in large numbers on the label and the number ''P-703'' in the USDA mark of inspection. One of the following code dates is printed to the right of the product code number: 08219910, 08219911, 08219912, 08219913, 08219914, 02180011, 02180012, 02180013 or, 02180014.
Problem/Reason for Recall:	Contains undeclared egg (a class I allergen).
How/When Discovered:	On March 13, 2000, the firm reported that it had determined, through a materials audit, that a breading/battering ingredient was used that contained whole eggs that were not declared on the product label.
