Problem/Reason for Recall:
Product may cause short-term
illness that includes nausea and vomiting
How/When Discovered:
Recalled Burritos were
produced at the same plant in the same time period and
epidemiologically linked to product served at schools where 2
separate outbreaks of nausea and vomiting occurred, prompting
investigation by health officials: in Kansas schools last
November (226 students ill from 23 schools) and a school in
Georgia in March (155 of 584 students ill)
