Product(s) Recalled:  Ready-to-Eat, ''Shaved or Sliced Cooked Corned Beef And 20% Water'' and ''Shaved or Sliced Boneless Ham and Water Product''.
Production Dates/Identifying Codes: The product was sliced and packaged on February 21, 2000. The corned beef is sold in 4 to 6-pounds vacuum packed packages and the ham is sold in 10-pound vacuum packed packages. The labels bear the products name, ''Sliced or Shaved Cooked Corned Beef'' or ''Sliced Cooked Ham'' and the establishment number 2431 in the USDA mark of inspection.
Problem/Reason for Recall: Possible Listeria monocytogenes contamination.
How/When Discovered: The recall is in response to the finding of Listeria monocytogenes by the Food Safety and Inspection Service through its routine microbiological testing program.
