Production Dates/Identifying Codes: Packed January 25, 2000, with a 10-character production code date, beginning with the number 00125, on the boxes in addition to ''P-413'' in the USDA mark of inspection.
Problem/Reason for Recall: Listeria monocytogenes contamination
How/When Discovered: A sample, collected by Ohio Department of Agriculture personnel and analyzed by the Ohio Department of Agriculture laboratory returned positive results for Listeria monocytogenes on February 23, 2000.
