Product(s) Recalled:	''Advance Food Company'' brand ''Steak for Country Frying - Fully Cooked Cubed Beef Steak Fritters'' in 2.5-pound packages.
Production Dates/Identifying Codes:	Produced between March 24, 1999, and February 1, 2000. Packages bear the number ''2260Y'' in the USDA mark of inspection on the front of the package. The recalled packages do not declare ''Buttermilk Blend'' in the ingredient statement on the carton and are marked with one of the following code numbers printed on the back of the carton. The letter ''D'' followed by any four digit number (example: D1282), or One of these specific codes: E0012, E0071, E0141, E0191, E0221, E0251, E0261 or E0311
Problem/Reason for Recall:	Contains undeclared buttermilk and whey (class II allergens).
How/When Discovered:	During follow-up activities, associated with an unrelated consumer question concerning nutritional information, the firm determined that the buttermilk and whey contained in the batter component of the product was not declared in the ingredient statement on some of the labels.
