Problem/Reason for Recall: Possible adulteration with pieces of vinyl can lining
How/When Discovered: The company, the Indiana State Department of Health, and the USDA Meat and Poultry Hotline received various complaints from consumers who reported finding pieces of plastic in cans of the product.
