which have a 60-day shelf life, were produced July 12, 2011, and packaged on July 14, 2011.
They were sold at a retail store owned by Jerry’s Foods in Wisconsin. When available, the
retail distribution list(s) will be posted on FSIS' website at:

The problem was discovered during a label review at the establishment by a company quality control
manager. FSIS and the company have received no reports of adverse reactions due to consumption of
these products. Anyone concerned about a reaction should contact a healthcare provider.

their customers of the recall and that steps are taken to make certain that the product
is no longer available to consumers.
Consumers and media with questions about the recall should contact the company’s president,
Bob Shadduck, at (952) 922-8335.
