Note: FSIS regrets the cancellation of the 2013 Meat and Poultry Inspection Seminars for International Officials due to budget constraints.
FSIS is pleased to announce the 2013 Meat and Poultry Inspection Seminars for International Officials. This seminar will cover issues from farm to table, including Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) and Pathogen Reduction, animal production, import and export procedures, and the roles of the FDA, State, and local inspection agencies.

Applicants must be fluent in the Spanish language for the seminar in Puerto Rico and fluent in the English language to attend the seminar in Washington, DC.
