Selecting and Maintaining Effective GMPs for an Effective Food Safety System - November 5, 2009
This webinar will identify which Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Sanitation Performance Standards (SPSs) are important and necessary as a foundation to support a small plant's food safety system and how to write, implement, maintain, and monitor the effectiveness of the programs. Generic Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for a variety of GMPs/SPSs will be shared and discussed along with checklists to monitor the plant's compliance with their standards.
