Prevention of E. coli O157:H7 for Further Processors
The North American Meat Processors Association will be holding a conference on the prevention of E. coli O157:H7 on
August 18-19 in Chicago, IL. The conference will bring together experts from academia, government, and industry to
discuss the requirements, options, and technologies to control E. coli O157:H7. The conference will include information
for producers of ground, blade-tenderized, marinated and injected products in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. Follow this link for
