Produced September 10, 2004. The product being recalled is 5.1 oz. packages of "Oscar Mayer Lunchables Deluxe
Turkey, Ham and Cheddar Cheeses, Andes Mint, with Dijon Mustard." Each package bears the use by date and
establishment number "09 DEC 2004 DD Est. P-2310" and is stamped with the packaging code "00 44700 02464."
Problem/Reason for Recall:
The product is misbranded in that it contains a packet of Herb Sauce formulated with egg yolk, an allergen, instead
of the Dijon Mustard packet that should have been in the package.
How/When Discovered:
The company discovered the problem after consumers reported finding an Herb Sauce packet (containing egg yolk) in
the product instead of a Dijon Mustard packet as labeled.
