- 12- lb cases containing 16-oz. packages of "BROADLEAF SMOKED VENISON SAUSAGE (Beef and Pork Added) with PORT WINE & CASSIS." Each box contains the establishment number "Est. 4365" inside the USDA mark of inspection and a case code of "BLS05."
- 9- lb cases containing 12-oz. packages of "BROADLEAF ELK SAUSAGE (Beef and Pork Added) with MADIERA WINE." Each box contains the establishment number "Est. 4365" inside the USDA mark of inspection and a case code of "BLU03."
