Produced July 13, 2004.
The products subject to recall are:
  • 14 lb. boxes of "Tyson, FULLY COOKED CHICKEN BREAST FILLET FRITTERS WITH RIB MEAT, 3806." Each box contains 28 oz. packages of chicken breast fillet fritters. Each package contains the best if used by date of "Jul1305." The code P#17933 also appears on each package.
  • 20 lb. boxes of "SPARE TIME, FULLY COOKED, Chicken Breast Fillet Fritters, with Rib Meat, 3806."

These products were produced on July 13, 2004 and distributed to warehouses in Georgia and Arkansas.

Also subject to recall are:
  • 12 lb. boxes of "AMERICA'S CHOICE, FULLY COOKED - BREADED SEASONED CHICKEN NUGGETS, CHOPPED AND FORMED, 07046. Each box contains eight 24 oz. bags. The bags carry the same label as the box. Both the box and bags contain the codes "4195P17933" and "P#17933."

These products were produced on July 13, 2004 and distributed to grocery stores in Maryland and New York.

Problem/Reason for Recall:
The products may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes.

How/When Discovered:
A private laboratory reported a positive result for Listeria monocytogenes on 07/21/2004.
