  • 8.5 oz. packages of "7-Eleven, BIG EATS, Deluxe, CHICKEN BREAST WRAP, Handmade on Wednesday 04/20/05, Freshest Before Friday 11:59 p.m. 04/22/05." Each package bears the product code "4 71101 74973 8" and the establishment code "P-18342" inside the USDA mark of inspection.

Problem/Reason for Recall:
The products may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes.

How/When Discovered:
A plant sample returned a positive result for Listeria monocytogenes on April 28, 2005.
