Problem/Reason for Recall:
The product may contain extraneous material (glass fragments).
How/When Discovered:
The company received six consumer complaints between 12/17/2004 and 01/13/2005. There were no reports of
injury. The company has received an additional consumer complaint on a product not subject to the original
recall. FSIS has received no reports of injury from consumption of these products.
