Egg Products Training
This course outlines the duties and inspection activities of Egg Inspectors assigned to egg products plants. Some of the major topics covered include sanitation of premises and plant equipment, plant operations, sampling, labeling, documentation and enforcement, imported egg products as well as other topics. Additionally, the Egg Inspector will learn the critical facets of how to maintain in-plant safety, homeland food defense, and professionalism and ethics.(Files provided in PDF format)
